OCEAN_HK Meeting with Stakeholders

Thanks to the support from all of the stakeholders and the endeavor from every project member, our project OCEAN_HK is under satisfactory progress with new finding and understanding on eutrophication/hypoxia condition in Hong Kong and adjacent coastal ocean. To better share and distribute our finding and acquire input from different stakeholders in Hong Kong, Project Office has arranged a meeting with stakeholders in The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) on 22 October 2018.

This meeting is for sharing our most updated research report by Principle Investigators and Co-Investigators to each party, and for discussion on the potential linkage between our project with every stakeholder. It was our greats honour to have representatives from Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (AFCD), Environmental Protection Department (EPD), Marine Department (MD), Hong Kong Observatory (HKO), and Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD).

Each party have raised their comment and feedback with their expectation, project team would also strive to achieve the project goals in order to contribute the most to Hong Kong society.
